Sunshine Coast Pacific Paradise
Pilates in Pacific Paradise.
Pacific Paradise's single Pilates studio uses a self-paced on-demand model, while Wilkins Park shows the everyday family neighbourhood around it.
The neighbourhood note
Use the route below to make the class part of the day, rather than the whole of it.
Before and after class
Understand the on-demand format, then pause beneath Wilkins Park's trees.
The Re-Form Studio Mudjimba is physically in Pacific Paradise's North Shore Village, despite the neighbouring place name in its brand. Its defining difference is a 24-hour on-demand model: members reserve a station and follow self-paced reformer programming rather than joining a conventional live-instructor timetable. Read the access and session information closely and ask how orientation or support works if independent training is new to you.
Wilkins Park supplies the neighbourhood-scale second stop, with mature trees, a playground, basketball half-court and skate area recorded by council. Proposed improvements remain subject to funding and staged delivery, so the route does not present concept-plan features as finished. After The Re-Form Studio Mudjimba, use the existing shady park for a simple pause that stays firmly inside Pacific Paradise.
The local ritual
2 stops, one considered Pacific Paradise morning.
Pair the class with coffee, fresh air or a place that shows Pacific Paradise at its best.
