Sunshine Coast Sunshine Beach
Pilates in Sunshine Beach.
Sunshine Beach's local Pilates room is deliberately intimate, with Duke Street dropping quickly from three-person sessions towards Ed Webb Park.
The neighbourhood note
Use the route below to make the class part of the day, rather than the whole of it.
Before and after class
A maximum of three in the studio, then let Duke Street lead to the beach.
Noosa Flow Sunshine Beach offers a more personal model than a large reformer class. Its upstairs Duke Street studio publishes clinical Pilates trios and private sessions alongside reformer and trapeze work, with small groups capped at three clients. Decide whether you want a one-to-one, two-to-one or trio setting and ask how the relevant instructor will shape the session around your goals before booking.
Ed Webb Park continues the route at the beach end of the same local centre. Noosa Council completed new picnic areas and accessible pathways around its Norfolk pines, coastal views and surf-club setting in 2025. After Noosa Flow Sunshine Beach, the park turns a class into a coherent Duke Street outing: careful movement upstairs, then a seat, boardwalk or brief look at the water without inventing a longer itinerary.
The local ritual
2 stops, one considered Sunshine Beach morning.
Pair the class with coffee, fresh air or a place that shows Sunshine Beach at its best.
