Edmonton / Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates in Edmonton.

Mat Pilates needs only a mat and your own body weight. Classes are often larger and cheaper than reformer sessions, and the work carries straight into practice at home.

Many teachers add small props such as rings, balls and bands to make the same exercises harder or easier.
