The city edit Issue 01
The Limavady Pilates Edit
Limavady's first verified dedicated reformer room is Roe Reformer, a physiotherapist-founded studio that combines a structured introduction with levelled classes and a current three-for-£30 starter offer.
The long read
Pilates in Limavady, neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
Roe Reformer sits at Unit 6, 16B Windyhill Retail Park with free parking. Intro workshops explain the machine and foundations before Level 1; mixed Level 1 and 2, Level 2, men's, prenatal and postnatal formats extend the timetable once clients know the basics.
Founder Sinead Watt is a chartered physiotherapist with more than a decade of clinical and teaching experience. The wider instructor team includes physiotherapy and pre- and postnatal knowledge, giving the studio a supported tone without presenting every class as rehabilitation.
The current introductory offer provides three classes for £30, and booking runs through Roe Reformer's own Codexfit-powered app. Grip socks are required. Because that provider is not yet supported in Merivo Research, the studio remains on the integration-investigation list despite being fully verified for the directory.
Windyhill is a drive-to appointment, but the rest of the route belongs to the centre and the Roe Valley. Cafe Steinbeck keeps the coffee stop independent, the Arts Centre fills the cultural gap, and Roe Valley Country Park or Binevenagh opens the day into river woodland or the north coast escarpment.
