The Reform Lounge is the social, timetable-rich choice. From Kirkland Avenue, founders Leyana and Carrie have built a quiet, design-conscious room for no more than six people, with foundations, full-body sculpt, gentler strength, barre-inflected work and HIIT on the reformer.

Enso is the technical counterpoint. Helen Edgson teaches one-to-one and duet sessions by appointment in Rainworth, using Reformer-Cadillac equipment for tailored training, injury-aware movement or the simple benefit of undivided attention. A fifty-minute private costs £40, a duet £55 and a twenty-five-minute express session £30.

The Reform Lounge is equally legible on price: new clients can take three classes for £30, a standard class is £18 and memberships begin at £58 for four monthly visits. Compare the format before the headline number—Enso buys private observation; the Lounge buys group rhythm plus hot Pilates, yoga and barre under one account.

Geography creates two versions of the day. Kirkland Avenue leads back to Mansfield Market and Carr Bank Park; Rainworth points towards Sherwood Pines for a longer woodland reset. REFORM by Padel Up is preparing an eight-bed room, but its owned page still says bookings are coming soon, so it remains on the watchlist until a real timetable launches.
