Pilates Fix moves from beginner foundations into all-level and music-led Sculpt & Burn sessions. The Powerhouse combines group, semi-private and private reformer with physiotherapy, including a six-class £60 beginners package.
Both studios work with a canal-side city day: coffee and lunch sit close by, while the towpath gives the post-class walk a clear direction. The Dundalk branch of Pilates Fix is outside the UK and is intentionally excluded.
