Begin around the centre and Chadderton. HNB Studio is women-only and hijab-friendly on Union Street, with a three-class £50 introduction and a wider timetable built around privacy. Grounded Pilates on Broadway combines reformer with tower, mat and yoga; memberships bring reformer down to about £11 a class, making it the most practical route for a regular habit.
Failsworth offers two different scales. Real Reformer Studio uses small groups and an evidence-led approach from Oldham Road, with booking through Glofox. The Trilogy Studio runs beginner and mixed-ability reformer from Ivy Mill Business Centre. Pulse Pilates is not a sixth option here: it was Real Reformer's former name and is retained in the research ledger as an alias.
