Bodywork-Pilates has taught group reformer since 2015 and publishes four- and eight-class monthly plans. The Pilates Centre offers a quieter counterpart: individual reformer sessions and occasional five-place taster days from Bryn Estyn rather than a dense open timetable.
Both studios sit outside the centre, so save the urban part of the itinerary for afterwards. Tŷ Pawb gathers food, makers and galleries under one roof; Erddig supplies the longer walk through parkland and formal gardens.
A third Wrexham studio is due to open in August 2026, but it remains unconfirmed until the doors and live schedule are current. Only studios that can be booked today are included.
