Ely / Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates in Ely.

Reformer classes use a sliding carriage, springs and straps, so the machine adds both resistance and support. Groups stay small because each person needs a machine.

Bring grip socks and arrive a few minutes early for your first class so the teacher can set your springs and show you the straps.
